ESTIMATED SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES 

We offer three options for domestic shipping:  UPS Ground, UPS Standard 2-day, and UPS Standard overnight.  For local customers based in Dallas, pick-up is available at checkout at no additional charge. Pick-up is available Monday, Wednesday, Friday 12PM - 4PM. Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed. We also offer local delivery for $25 to select Dallas zip codes. Orders must be placed before 2 PM CST to qualify for same day delivery. Local delivery is business days only. Due to COVID-19, delivery dates and transit time is not guaranteed. 

For ground shipments, please allow 2 to 6 business days for arrival. Orders will ship out same day if placed before 2 pm CST.  Orders placed after 2 PM CST will go out the following day. Please note that ground, overnight, 2-day shipments will arrive by 8 pm.  Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.  We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

International packages ship with a flat fee of $55 and are sent via DHL.  International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties, and fees, which are the full responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS 

We want you to love your Mi Golondrina piece, so if, for whatever reason, you are not fully satisfied with your garment, please feel free to return it or exchange it. We will accept returns for unworn items in new condition within 30 days of purchase. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on gifted items that are not listed as final sale through January 30, 2021. Please not that ceramics, pottery, headbands, scrunchies and earrings are final sale. We reserve the right to reject a return if we believe the item has been worn. Note that we do not accept returns on international orders. We are so grateful for your support of our brand and mission and want to do our best to take care of our customers. We ask that you respect us in turn. If you would like to return your piece, please go to this link to get started. A prepaid USPS return label will be automatically generated.
