Where is your store located? What are the store hours?
Our main store is located in Dallas, Texas at 2727 West Mockingbird Lane, Suite 103.
We are open Monday - Friday and the last Saturday of the month 10am to 5pm
Curbside Pickup Hours: Monday - Friday 10am to 5 pm
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 pm CST ship out same day. Orders placed after 2 pm CST ship the following business day. Orders placed after Friday 2 pm CST ship on the following Monday.
Where are your products made and by whom?
All of our products are embroidered and woven by artisans throughout Mexico. These garments are then finished by our talented team of seamstresses who add sleeves and other design elements to the dresses and tops.
How should I care for my garments?
As our pieces are handmade, we recommend washing your garments by hand or dry cleaning them due to the delicate nature of the threads. If your piece has silk thread, we recommend dry clean only. This will ensure your pieces will look its best for years to come.
Do you pay your artisan partners fairly?
Yes; we believe paying fairly is a very important pillar of our brand. We believe paying artisans fairly is a key component in our building long-term sustaining relationships with our artisan partners and also allows for the artisans to continue their traditions for generations to come.
How long do custom orders or alterations take?
Custom orders placed online or in-store require 2 weeks to make.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to love your Mi Golondrina piece, so if, for whatever reason, you are not fully satisfied with your garment, please feel free to return it or exchange it within 30 days of purchasing. We will accept returns for unworn items in new condition. Please note that ceramics, pottery, headbands, scrunchies and earrings are final sale. We are so grateful for your support of our brand and mission and want to do our best to take care of our customers. We ask that you respect us in turn. If you would like to return your piece, please go to this link to get started. A prepaid USPS return label will be automatically generated. If you would like to alter or adjust your piece, please email us at email@example.com, and we would be delighted to assist you. Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns at this time.
