WHERE DO YOU SELL YOUR PRODUCT?
We currently sell online, in our showroom in Dallas, and at pop-ups. Check our website to get up to date details on where we're heading next.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHOWROOM HOURS?
Come see us in our Dallas showroom on Tuesday through Friday between 10am and 4pm. There is no need to make an appointment.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS?
Custom orders are generally for bridal and other events with an order quantity of 10 or more. Please note that we currently do not offer discounts on custom orders. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions about orders for your special event.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PIECE?
For our Flores collection or Valle Feliz collection, please wash and dry on delicate settings and iron on low. Or you could dry clean it. For any piece with silk embroidery, the Deshilado collection, the Ave collection, the Guatemalan collection and Blanco collection, dry clean only.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes! Email us at email@example.com and we can issue a gift card. Or you can purchase one online.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
Yes! Every item comes beautifully wrapped and ready for giving, but feel free to let us know if you are ordering something as a gift and we can include a customized message.
Shipping + Delivery
We offer three domestic shipping options - 1) USPS Ground, 2) FedEx Standard 2 Day and 3) FedEx Standard Overnight. *Orders placed after 2pm CST on Friday will be processed on Monday.For Ground shipments, please allow 2-5 business days for arrival. Orders are shipped from Dallas with a $7.50 flat fee. FedEx 2 Day and Overnight shipping is available Monday through Friday on orders placed by 2pm CST. Please note that overnight and 2 Day shipments will arrive by 8PM on either the next business day or in 2 days. FedEx 2 Day and overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. If you need your order further expedited, please email us at email@example.com. International packages will incur a flat fee of $55 and are sent via DHL. International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties and fees and are the full responsibility of the recipient. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with package tracking details.
Returns + Exchanges
All items are personally inspected to make sure you receive everything in perfect condition! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange your item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a pre-paid return label. Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed. Please note, we do not offer free returns on International orders.To make an exchange, please follow the return process (stated above) and place a new order for your desired product.
Please consult the fit guide on the product pages for specific fit guidance. Our tailored feminine pieces are meant to fit loosely and comfortably.
Generally, our sizes run: X-Small: 0; Small: 2-4; Medium: 6-10; Large: 12-14
